Job Summary
Control Specialists, Inc. is looking for a qualified Technical Sales Representative to provide unparalleled service and products to their customer base. We specialize in industrial boilers/burners, combustion flame safety, process instrumentation and PLC control systems. With over 35 years experience, our company provides professional and efficient combustion, process and HVAC solutions within IL/IN/KY. Compensation commensurate with experience.

•Assist team in providing clients with diverse design solutions for their boiler applications.
•Offer education and insight on combustion equipment, accessories and parts currently available as well as innovative systems being introduced in the market.
•Provide clients with information and technical expertise to ensure they are able to ultimately provide a premier solution to their clients.
•Work effectively with all involved parties from sales to commissioning teams to ensure top level customer satisfaction.
•Work in conjunction with the team to coordinate sales and business development activities as well as share opportunities and information with relevant team members.

Education And Experience
•Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology desired.
•Prefer 3 years of related process control experience.
•Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and HVAC concepts and operations.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to build rapport and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
•Strong problem-solving and closing ability.
•Ability to evaluate urgency of situations and prioritize tasks.
•Highly organized with an attention to detail.
•Computer literacy required.
